IS IT SAFE? HOW DOES IT WORK?
Research has confirmed that teeth whitening is not bad for teeth and no enamel damage occurs from normal teeth whitening. Teeth stains are lifted by applying a bleaching gel to the enamel. This gel seeps into the pores within the outer layer of teeth and breaks apart the tiny staining particles that have become lodged in these pores. As the particles disintegrate, more light gets reflected, making teeth look brighter.
HOW SOON BEFORE I SEE THE RESULTS?
Patients can expect to see a brighter smile immediately after an in-office treatment. It is recommended to conduct daily at home treatments for about a week in order to achieve a difference of up to 8 shades. In general, optimal results can be attained in one to two weeks. However, severe stains may take longer and multiple treatments to fully resolve.
CRUELTY FREE, VEGAN FRIENDLY
Our Smile Pop teeth whitening product line is something to write home about! Not only is the product cruelty free and vegan, it’s also gluten-free, sugar-free, and non-GMO.
HOW CAN I WHITEN MY TEETH?
You can safely whiten your teeth with Smile Pop by using our take-home Smile Pop whitening products or get your result even faster with our in-office professional grade teeth whitening treatment.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE IN TREATMENTS?
There are two main teeth whitening ingredients typically used: hydrogen peroxide (HP) and carbamide peroxide (CP). HP is a powerful, fast-acting whitening agent and we use that in our 30 minute and 60 minute in-office teeth whitening treatments. CP is a slower acting agent, but is equally effective overtime and we use that in our Smile Pop teeth whitening products.
WHO IS BEHIND SMILE POP?
Dr. Courtney Barry is a board certified orthodontist and founder of Smile Pop. She created her teeth whitening product line because she wanted to offer patients professional grade products at affordable price points. She stands behind all Smile Pop in-office teeth whitening treatments and all Smile Pop teeth whitening products – so much so that she uses them on herself.

whiter teeth, who dis?
Here’s the aftercare instructions we review with our patients after they come in for their teeth whitening treatment.
Treat your teeth like a white T-shirt these next 48 hours! Avoid dark-staining foods and drinks as your teeth are most susceptible to picking up staining now.
Be aware of these common foods the next 48 hours: red wine, dark coffee, colas and teas, blueberries, and red sauces like marinara, ketchup, and soy sauce. If you must indulge, rinse immediately to minimize staining.
Mild sensitivity to hot or cold liquids may occur and usually resolves within 1-2 days. If sensitivity persists, take two anti-inflammatory medicines like Advil (200 mg) with a pain reducing acetaminophen medicine like Tylenol (500 mg).
If you experience gum sensitivity, do not brush the affected area for 1-2 days when brushing your teeth. Use a sensitive toothpaste.
Unless you’re French, put that butt out. Smoking cigarettes and other substances can decrease long term results.
